I am an International student and have got admit for Master's Program in ECE from the following 4 Universities,
WPI-Worcester Polytechnic Institute(Worcester,MA)
ASU-Arizona State University(Tempe,AZ)
UIC-University of Illinois at Chicago(Chicago,IL)
UTD-University of Texas at Dallas(Richardson,TX)

*I want to know which is well recognized in the industry. I was told that WPI's undergraduates are welcomed by the companies, but what about its ECE masters?
*Which one among these 4 states has more job opportunities for ECE graduate?

“international student”

The short answer, is to choose the one that is most likely to get you a job in your home country after you graduate. If you have an F-1 (student) visa, you are allowed a one year extension to get practical training (OPT), but after that if you have not found a sponsor for an H-1B (work) visa, you will have to leave. Most people do not find H-1B sponsors.

It is a good idea for you to contact the career centers at each of these universities, and ask about job placement for international students who graduate from your program. They should be able to tell you how many find good sponsors for their OPT, and whether or not any of them are successful at finding employers who are able to get them an H-1B.

You also have to consider the cost of these programs. After you subtract any scholarship money, what is your Cost of Attendance (COA)? That is how much money you will need to have in order to get your student visa.

If you ask this question in the Graduate School Forum, you will probably get better answers about the differences between these programs.
Good luck!
