<p>Is the CS department at WPI well-known comparing to that of other schools like MIT, RPI or UIUC? I don't know much about that so I really need advice. Thanks.</p>
<p>WPI is very respectable but not as good as MIT, RPI, UIUC, Carnegie Mellon, and others.</p>
