I got accepted into BU, WPI, Fordham, Brandeis, UMass Amherst, and Northeastern, and I’ve narrowed down my choice (95%) to Northeastern and WPI, but I’m torn. I toured and loved both schools. I’m slightly leaning towards WPI, but I don’t know if I’m making the right decision. I’m a nerd and I’m not looking for a huge social scene but I think it’d be cool to live in boston. But I’d also prefer a smaller school.
WPI gave me a scholarship of $26,500 a year and NEU gave me $15,000 a year. This is just scholarship money, not including financial aid from either school (hasn’t been released yet). The money aspect isn’t hugely important but it’s something to consider.
