Sorry to heart this is taking SO long. Not knowing can be the hardest part of this process.

Thankful to have received a letter in the mail from WSU, telling me that I’m on the Wait List for MT. I auditioned for both programs, so should I call the school and find out what’s going on with the Acting side, or does anyone have info about that?
Congratulations @EJ2020! My guess, and it’s only a guess, is that the MT Wait List covers both options. But if my S had received a letter worded that way, I’d have him call to get absolute clarity on what it means. If you are still interested in BFA Acting, I would be sure they are clear that you would definitely consider that option, should the opportunity arise.

The letter received will tell you if you have been accepted to MT, Acting, or Both (you choose). If you received a rejection letter for either program you have been rejected by both.

My D is on the waitlist and I am praying she gets in.

‘Normally’ hasn’t really been established at Wright… This is the first year w/o rolling admissions, so there hasn’t been a precident set for that. Sorry.
Fingers crossed for you here, too! I know of several on the waitlist (not personally, so don’t know makeup of males/females). Admissions is completely different this year than it’s been previously, so as @MTmom2015 said, after all school decisions/acceptances there should be some movement.
