<p>after applying to college this past year i realized there were a number of things i wished i had known which would have helped me a great deal but either a) werent covered in adult-written guides, or b) werent covered in a way that i understood the information. mainly for the benefit of my younger brother and his friends, i have begun writing my own guide which you can find at the link below</p>
<p>it is a work in progress so please forgive any minor errors (eg. grammar, spelling) but please take the time to either a) point them out in an email to me (an email me link is available on the page to which the link above points), </p>
<p>b) read what i have written and email me your comments (especially if you are either a parent, or have applied to college, or are in the process of doing so) with what sections ought to be more detailed or what could use clarification, </p>
<p>or c) write your own additions which i can post if you are interested in contributing (keeping in mind you agree not to press charges or claim ownership to what you write, all the usual legal mumbo jumbo if i do post your content, although you will be acknowledged).</p>
