Hello everyone,
I was thinking about writing about how my father had an affair with someone other than my mother. I was going to write about how it impacted me, more specifically, it got rid of the romantic notion I had concerning my parents, about how they were beacons of justice (my dad) and strength (my mom, she was pretty devastated). For reference, my parents are back together, nothing will be the same as it was before.
Do you think this topic is worth writing about? Will it lull a reader to sleep? Should I try a different angle?

No, I definitely would not. This seems like a bad idea to me. I think that writing about this topic would be sharing too much personal information, in my opinion. Do you have any other topic ideas that you are thinking of using?
I was thinking about writing about a volunteering experience I had in India, mainly discrimination due to which state you are from, however that seems too cliche to be perfectly honest. I’m indian myself, been going there every year for about a month.
Maybe I’ll write about my love for gangsta rap(just came up with that lol).
The reason I opened this thought is to see what sort of affair a teenager can write about. Dash all hope. Darn!
