I was stuck between B and E. so could someone explain why is B the answer, doesn't E have parallelism with the "we will" part? Is it because "not only" is always followed by "but also"?</p>

<p>B is wrong because the use of the passive makes the sentence unnecessarily clunky. The SAT isn’t a very big fan of the passive voice.</p>

<p>E is wrong because, as you guessed, it lacks the “not only…but also…” construction that is preserved in choice C.</p>
