<p>What's the difference between Writing I and Writing the Essay??</p>
<p>Some of my friends are taking Writing I instead of WTE..</p>
<p>Can someone(who took WTE) recommend good professors??</p>
<p>and what's the difference between WTE:Science and WTE?</p>

<p>I’m not sure of the difference in professors, but Writing One is what Liberal Studies students (like myself) take and Writing the Essay is what CAS (and I think all of the other undergrad schools) take.</p>
<p>If you are in LSP, you take Writing I. Just sign into Albert and register yourself for a Writing I class.</p>
<p>If you are in CAS or another undergrad school, you take WTE. If you’re in CAS, you choose your classes at orientation, so your advisor will sign you up for WTE.</p>
<p>If you’re still confused, just call NYU and speak with an advisor.</p>
