Writing Question ! Help!

One of the earliest of the ancient Greek writers of love poetry, Sappho HAS HAD SUCH A PROFOUND INFLUENCE ON later lyric poets that she came to be known as " the tenth Muse."

(A)has had such a profound influence on
(B)has had so profound an influence on
(C) has so profoundly influenced
(D)so profoundly influenced
(E) profoundly influenced

I know its so......that or such......that

I was left with A and D
Pick the shorter one right? But I didnt do that I chose A :( Why is D right exactly? I know something is wrong with has right?

Has had= present perfect, meaning that the action has recently been over. EX: She has had too many drinks.
And they’re relating it to the future of that time. So the action happened a long time ago, effecting the future and it can’t be A. Since they used “such” you need a synonym for that amount, which would be “so”. So it would be D. It can’t be E because it’s not using an amount. And it can’t be A or B as i’ve already said because of the “has had”. And it can’t be C because they’re using has and that’s the present.
