Writing Question

A quick "inspection" of Kurt's art collection "would show clearly" that "he has" a discerning eye for "exemplary works" of art.

The answer is no error, but shouldn't B say --> Will show clearly?

If you say it just as “a quick inspection would show clearly that…” it makes sense. I guess if you say it as “a quick inspection will show clearly that…” it also makes sense.

Either could make sense–the difference is that “would” is used where the inspection is theoretical–the speaker isn’t proposing to perform an inspection. You could reword this using the subjunctive mood as follows:
“If we were to inspect Kurt’s art collection, we would see that he has a discerning eye.”
