<p>First two are simply matters of improper idioms. They should be “condemn as” and “from having.” </p>
<p>The last one I’m not 100% confident about, but I’m gonna go with C. Choices B and D commit the same error as the original, dangling modifiers. So that leaves choices C and E. Choice E is wordy and doesn’t really make sense so C seems to be the best answer.</p>
<p>I’m assuming it’s because the correct idiom is “tendency to” and the phrase should be “tendency to change” but why are we changing it from “of changing” to “to change?”</p>
