Writing questions help ?????

1) Breakfast cereal is no more known as the product of a health craze (than people think of Coca-Cola) as a rust remover.

choices

a) than people think of Coca- Cola
c) than Coca-Cola is thought of
e) any more than Coca-Cola is thought of

Question: 1) is this an idiom problem? if so, what idiom is being tested???
2) C is the correct answer. WHY IS C CORRECT???

2) Jan (reevaluated his) decision to be a pre med major (after failing) all of his (chemistry and biology classes). No Error.

The answer is NO ERROR. But isnt (after failing) wrong? Because the sentence is in the past tense so shouldnt (after failing) be "after he failed"??? Please explain...

Question one:

It’s testing parallelism not idioms.

(A) is wrong because, in order to maintain parallelism, the structure must be passive. “people think” is active.

(B) is passive and correct.

(E) is passive but incorrect because “any more” is redundant as “no more known” is already written.

Question two:

Both ways are correct.

wow stop making new accounts AND threads. i find it incredibly hard to believe that several accounts (at least 4) ending with 1992 would all make threads called writing questions??? at the same time in the same exact format. WHY was that necessary? You made TWELVE threads.TWELVE. seriously… you make previous spammers look good.

you’re abusing cc. it doesnt even look like you tried for any of these questions. if you want answers, purchase testmasters-- don’t ask every single question you have on here because that’s ridiculous

I don’t mind answering the questions, but if you really are creating many accounts, stop it. :p

And if you’re going to ask more writing questions, post it under 1 thread. We don’t friggen want 50 threads on this. It just makes me not want to answer your questions.
