<p>the answer is E, but why B is correct? shouldn't it be must had done because it is in the past?</p>

<p>the correct answer is C, but why it's not D?? it looks also fine</p>

<p>D is wordy, for one, and there’s probably another issue that I’m overlooking. CB and ETS don’t like wordy answers, so such answers are usually not correct.</p>

<p>must had done is never used.</p>

<p>D is wrong because ‘which’ here is used as a relative pronoun that has nothing to refer to.</p>
