<p>The correct answer is D. (C.G. Jung was a Swiss psychologist whose renown as a pioneer)</p>

<p>why is D right and not A?</p>

<p>I have another question about number 24 on page 661.
The warning in the plays (A is) clear: (B unless) we restore the integrity (C of the family), all traditional values (D will disappear). (E)</p>

<p>Why is the answer E? not A?</p>

<p>Because A is a sentence fragment. On the second question, the answer is E because the sentence is correct? Why would it be A?</p>

<p>for the second one i thought that since it was plays, which is plural, “is” should be changed to “are”</p>
