My main activitiy is obviously debate.
But it's not that it is what I like most(what I like most is piano)
I have achivements like national qualifier or world debating championship chairman but my achievements in piano is not that great.

Therefor I thought it is better to write about deabte in my activity essay.
But how bad is it to write about debate in both activity essay and common app main essay?
I'll numerate my achievements in activity essay but I'll write more like general experience in common app.

Also is it possible to write more than one activity when college asked me to write one of it in common app??

i wouldnt write them both on the same topic. if you like piano most write your main essay about your love of playing piano, and detail your debate experience in your activity essay.

I agree that doing them both on the same thing is not a good call. Your accomplishments will show in you EC section, and in whichever essay you choose to do debate about. You can use the other essay to write about piano, and explain why it is so important to you, despite the fact that you may not be a superstar at it.

It is not considered advisable to write about your achievements in an essay. That is what the EC section of the app is for. Avoid listing your achievements unless specifically asked to do so.
