I have been doing about 1 practice test a week and starting from this week I have been doing about 3 practices a week.
But for some reason my writing score is not improving much.
I really need to get the writing score over 750 but for some reason it dropped to high 600s from low 700s over the summer even though I have been studying SAT.
Am I doing something wrong here?

I just do practice tests and go over the ones I got wrong but that's it.
I think this is how you study SAT...right?

Any suggestions on how to improve the writing part of the SAT?

Thanks :)

I improved 150 points on writing so I can tell you what I did…
First off I mastered the essay… I learned how to write and fill the entire two pages in the 25 minute span, and became good at coming up with ideas WHILE writing about another one. so basically I was writing the entire time with no “brainstorming breaks” if you will. I went from an 8 essay to an 11, which helped my score a lot.
Also another thing I did was review all the grammar rules, I took about 5 practice tests within the 3 weeks before the June SAT. I figured out why I was missing them and started using the strategy where you fix the sentence in addition to just finding the error. I think that helped the most
