<p>I just typed a somewhat long argument against ivan then I realized 1/2 means 1 or 2 not a half and 0/1 is definitely not 0.</p>

<p>I think it's pretty accurate. But I think the 12 essay can extend to maybe 4/5, rarely, probably under 10% chance. 3/4 is a good confidence interval.</p>

<p>My purpose is about 10 on the essay and no more than 3-4 errors on MQ - should be about 780

<p>got 1 wrong multiple choice on writing with a 9 essay...760......12/08 SAT... pretty damn harsh.</p>

<p>I can't stand all the nuances in the English language. Being ESL definite doesn't help with spotting errors with intuition.</p>

<p>one wrong with a 9 essay doesn't work. you need 0 wrong with a 9 essay to get an 800, at least that's what i think.</p>
