I'm a rising senior who's planning on applying EA to Northeastern. In the Common App, I can't seem to find Northeastern's essay question(s). I know for many schools they are hidden within the schools Questions tab and not the writing Supplement tab, yet I still can't seem to find them. Does Northeastern have essay questions at all? Any help would be appreciated because I'm going to go crazy if I don't receive confirmation that there is no essay I have to write for my application.

There were two essays when my son applied several years ago. Also, they are moving to early decision this year instead of early action. ED will greatly increase your chances.

I’ve already sent in my common app to Northeastern for ED, and there was no writing supplement…however, there was an Art Supplement if you’re going into the College of Arts, Media and Design (I’m going to major in Communications).

@Totoro66 No, there is still early action to go along with early decision. However, I’m applying early decision since I know Northeastern is far and away my first choice (and that my GPA and Test Scores are okay, but aren’t great).

Northeastern has BOTH non-binding EA and binding ED this year.

@OneYearLeft thanks for confirming!!

@TheRealGingy No problem, and good luck to you!

I think your chances are better with ED since they know you are committed.
