<p>What are some schools that have great writing programs? Not creative writing, but they really teach you how to be a great writer; like in an English or Journalism major. Where the teachers really help students to individually improve and become thoughtful writers.</p>
<p>A lot of LACs have strong writing programs. I don’t know much about Journalism, but some ones that come to mind with regards to focus on writing are Hampshire, Sarah Lawrence, Swarthmore, and Brown.</p>
