<p>I sent my SAT scores from a year or so a go to FSU, (I'm a transfer) and they seem to only have the scores from the first test I took; the status check doesn't reflect my highest score.</p>
<p>On the status check page, below the score section, it states that if the above are not the highest possible score from each category, to email them. </p>
<p>I sent them an email well over a week ago and while I did get a response saying they had received it, nothing yet seems to have been done.</p>
<p>How long does it usually take for them to respond or fix this sort of issue?</p>
