w's with bio-major

I am at a community college in Southern California and I intend on sending out my transcripts out this fall. I have great student affiliations with honors club memberships, well rounded student credentials, and activities with a B- GPA of 3.42.
I have 3 w's right now but I am feeling the crunch to push up my gpa. All my previous w's are spaced out with time and have good real life explanations as to why I could not continue the course.

I am more or less struggling to juggle my classes this semester and I am worried that if I don't drop a class that my GPA will PLUMMET! As a bio-sci major I know that the major is impacted and gpa is crucial for transfer. But how much do my w's weigh into the equation? At this point I am feeling desperate to get into any reasonably established UC or Cal State for Molecular Biology.

Can anyone offer any advice that applies recently to transferring from a 2 year to 4 year with this major?

You should be asking your advisor and the transfer counselor at your community college about this. They are the only ones who can give you valid advice.
