Transfer Students UC Transfers

<p>I was attending a UC this fall as a freshman, but had to withdraw halfway during the quarter due to family issues. I got W's in all of the classes I was taking AFAIK. There are no letter grades on my UC record, only these W's.</p>

<p>I am now attending a CCC, and will transfer back in 2 yrs. Not necessarily to this same UC though - I may transfer to a different UC. Will I have to mention these W's anywhere on the application or do they not matter at all? Will they affect me?</p>

<p>Note, I'm not one of those people who wants to lie. I just want to know if they want to know about those W's, so I can mention them. I'm totally new to the whole transfer process, this forum has been very helpful though!</p>

<p>They don't really affect you, but you should explain it if you have a whole semester's worth of W's.</p>
