WSJ turns the table on college presidents

<p>The admissions business will miss this guy.</p>

<p>PlantMom–my thoughts also–in fact, perhaps anyone sitting on an admissions committee should be required to have written an essay from each of their school’s app. Could prove to be interesting and most likely humbling.</p>

<p>…and submit it anonymously as if a student and have to listen what their colleagues on the committee say about it.</p>

<p>Sure, they were told not to accept help from the PR dept and speechwriters. But I highly doubt a majority complied. A feature story appearance (i.e., not news) in the WSJ is the highest level of Media Relations and Reputation Management. Any president arrogant or corageous enough (depending how you look at it) to attempt that on his own deserves what he gets.</p>
