<p>@notrichenough, everybody pays the same fare on nj transit. So your argument cannot be used to specifically target the university. I’m not exactly sure what point you’re trying to make there. Princeton employees’ children may go to public school, but those employees pay property tax on their own property (I’m making the reasonable assumption that employees live in the area covered by the school district since their kids go to that school. Not sure how your argument here applies to the university either. University Medical Center at Plainsboro, I assume, is in part funded by the school, hence the “University Medical Center”. The hospital is also not free for students - it charges students the same rate to use as the public. That’s where those funds come from.</p>
