WUSTL Pathway account LOCKED???

<p>I was trying to log into my pathway account and was informed" your account is locked, please contact help desk". </p>

<p>I wonder if anyone get the same problem??</p>

<p>does this mean that I am rejected so they closed my account?????</p>

<p>hehe i doubt they would close your account to notify you that you are rejected. Just contact the help desk and see what is up.</p>

<p>It’s locked because you tried to log in too many times, but the id/password combination was incorrect. That happened to me.</p>

<p>Successfully logged onto WUSTL pathway just now. Agree with applicannot: had the same thing happen to me with another college account.</p>

<p>you should send email to: <a href=“mailto:mtyrrell@wustl.edu”>mtyrrell@wustl.edu</a> ASAP to unlock. You must email the request directly to Ms. Tyrrell from the email address that is your official email on
the WUSTL application. She then appeared to respond in a timely fashion during business hours (Central time). GL!</p>

<p>I logged into my account successfully the day after I wrote this thread. … try to call them , rizzle! “the help desk” or something…</p>

<p>dawn, no need to call help desk and wait until Monday. Just email your request to have account unlocked to Ms. Tyrrell as I noted just now in my response to rizzle.</p>
