My question is really a two-fold question
1- I'm starting in the Washinton Universtiy of St. Louis and Universtiy of Missouri St. Louis with the joint night engineering program. The general education is from UMSL and the engineering classes are taken at WUSTL, but the degree is only given from UMSL. WUSTL does not have a full night engineering program but is a very well know school for doctors and engineers. Could I take the class from UMSL then be considered a transfere to WUSTL and just pay their rates, and get the degree from WUSTL My employer is fitting the bill, so the cost is not an issue.

2.Currently Im a tool and die maker machinist with a Associate degree in Integrated Technology, and Lasers/ Optics. and have taken 2 years of electronics in vocational school. I'm wanting to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering since that is closely related to what i do. But I also wanted to get an Electrical Engineering degree because I've already know quite a bit about this field and many of the core classes overlap. Are two B.S. degrees worth ><= to a B.S. and M.S. I should also say that I'm looking to head into management. I have many different bosses with different takes on this.
