<p>It's up to you. Hang out with friends. Find a job. Have an idea of what classes you want to take. Go to MyUCLA and plan your fall schedule (multiple scenarios).</p>
<p>Buy your books early online once you are enrolled in your classes. Have some fun. Start reading the first chapter of the book if you get bored.</p>

<p>Summer between HS and college is the one summer where you can't really do much. Hang out with friends, get a job, lay around at home (this may be the last summer you can do that!)</p>
