How active is the gaming community at the more selective colleges and how often do people play Halo 2.

ha..this has crossed my mind...I'm going to UW-Madison in the fall and of course my xbox and live will be coming...

can't wait to murk cats in:

Counter Strike
Halo 2
Ghost Recon 2
NBA 2k5(2k6 by then)

I think UCLA is considered selective ;) and we have Halo 2 competitions quite often in my dorm. It's awesome in a residential network with X-boxes because you can hook up as many as you want throughout the entire network and there is no lag whatsoever. Beautiful I tell you.

whens the DLC coming for H2?

At UVA, Halo and Halo 2 is huge. There's people in my suite that stays up till 2:00 in the morning playing that game on a routine basis.

at every college halo and halo 2 are huge :)

when halo2 came out at our school, they had a big halo playing competition on campus and the prizes were xbox's and copies of halo2.

I hope the Madden tournaments are just as big.

EMS you sound so nice. my gpa was is barley at a 3.0 overall after 3 semesters. infact i personally think my western civ teacher was on crack seeing as how my essay for that final was complete jibberish. Infact this semester was kind of weak i smoked way to much pot since you do imply. but i say to you this if you are in high school: evaluate your social life.

don't have time to play video games i wish i did though

$ for halo? whats the world coming to...

halo 2 is the greatest game, seriously addicting. Im a senior in HS and twice a week get out of school at 11 so me and my boys play for like 4-5 hours after those days. I also did an overnight at Bucknell and for most of the night played halo 2 via the system link, so we had a huge game going. btw, Elwin_C i recently was admitted to U Wisconsin and am considering going..if i do we have to rock halo together haha.

**NEWS FLASH::

I am 100% DONE with VIDEO GAMES! When I was younger and in my early teens I used to love playing them........now instead of prioritizing my time on pathetic time-eating devices.......I use that time and work on my basketball skills INSTEAD!
