You might want to check if your school supports live gameing. But yes (i has a ps2) there is always time to play :P

I lived in the dorms last year (I’m now off-campus), and yes, a lot of guys had their xbox/ps2, etc. I had a Wii as well, but honestly only used it a handful of times.
As for time management, once you get into the school routine with homework and studying, it will be a lot easier to balance some of your fun activities too.

o okay , i mostly play at night anyway, but hopefully they do allow xbox live

I can’t think of a school that prohibits Xbox Live. There are people who bring their consoles, however some of them play it once in a while and some don’t. It depends on what you want to do during your free time. I have a few friends who brought their PS3/360 just to watch movies on their TV.

I dont think that they can really prevent you from it. but they will probably discourage by having the connection really suck on live at the school (least thats how it is at my school)

anyone play dantes inferno?

cod mw2 ftw

My school just plain doesn’t support it. All of their wifi connections are locked sort to speak, and the only way to use them is to put your id and password in, then its slow as heck.

icedragon, what about wired?

I remember there being some sort of issues when the DS first came out where you had to contact the IT department to get your MAC address allowed or something of the sort, but I imagine by nowadays it should be fixed. Or just get your own local wireless router to run through the wired connection in your dorm.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 anyone??

Which college do you think you’re going to go to? Yes, I’m sure that you will be able to find time. Plus you will make many friends on your floor. :)

It’s most likely allowed and you’ll definitely meet new people throuh it hahah. Just make sure you leave time to study. I can’t trust myself with an xbox… I feel like I’ll be so distracted.

Make sure you have the wifi xbox live attachment and hopefully you’ll be good to go

dont know yet probably Houston since they are paying tuition, or maybe Texas Tech, if i come off the wait list for A&M i will go their
