<p>I have removed two pledgers from the original list. Based on their posts elsewhere they were never eligible to apply to Yale SCEA due to their (successful) participation in other early programs.</p>

<p>I will follow-up after Christmas with a final report. I suspect we have reached a stage where most of the pledgers who have not yet reported have either lost interest or have been rejected and have failed to report. Interestingly if you add their total to the rejected reporters the final numbers are fairly similar to the overall pool statistics reported by YDN.</p>
<p>I’m good friends with mranzbandit. She was deferred SCEA, and her stats can be found in the pledge thread.</p>
<p>Somebody on the No Report listed was deferred. (posted this on the FB group though I don’t know if he’s responded on CC yet)</p>
<p>Final report:
I was able to find results for three more pledgers. Of the remaining 18 non-responsive pledgers, only two have posted anything at all on CC since results were released.</p>

<p>Following up on deferred SCEA pledgers.</p>
<p>Of the 58 SCEA deferreds:</p>
<p>2 were Accepted (congratulations to victorkangnz and chair2)
2 were Waitlisted</p>
<p>12 have explicitly confirmed their rejection (possibly by cursing Yale)
32 have not been explicit in announcing their rejection but indicate other acceptances
10 have not posted at all since Jan. 1</p>
<p>Assuming these last two categories were Rejections:</p>
<p>Yale SCEA Pledgers, deferred then accepted: 3.4%
Yale SCEA Pledgers, deferred then waitlisted: 3.4%
Yale SCEA Pledgers, deferred then rejected: 93.1%</p>
<p>Of the total number of initial pledgers, 19.6% were eventually accepted, 1.9% waitlisted, 78.5% rejected.</p>
