people can already have acceptances into the class of 2016, through the Questbridge Program. I know someone who was already accepted into Yale and Stanford, but chose Yale because it’s giving them money for books. …Oh Yale :)</p>

<p>Whoa that’s awesome, calssicgirll! And I feel the exact same way. There’s always that terrible feeling of hope that gets you so excited and then you have to calm yourself down and think, “I shouldn’t be overconfident,” then you get all excited again XD Haha that is me right now.</p>
<p>And I’m sorry but I have another question x_x do you find out if you’re accepted by logging into you Eli account? Or do they email you? Do they send you snail mail at all?</p>

<p>the tension is building guys! i won’t be home until 5:30 on Thursday…that half-hour of knowing i could know is gonna suck!</p>
<p>My teacher called and it turns out they wanted further information about her rec. They were wondering why she gave me a 3 on one thing and she reasoned that not everyone is perfect and while I wasn’t particularly bad, that was probably my weakness if anything. She went on to say good things about me and the admissions officer really understood and liked her honesty. My instructor said she preferred to give me one or two low marks than all fives as all fives is lazy and seems bogus. I’m glad she did that. I’m hoping the call helped solidify my acceptance…

<p>I applied for Biomed with econ as my second choice. I am nervous my app will come across as premed (which is super competitive everywhere) when really I have 0 interest in becoming a doctor :/</p>
