Has anyone else (especially likely letter admits) tried @Harvardgirl21 link?
“This portal is only for admitted students”.
We just need someone with a likely letter to try it out.
ALRIGHT. My irl friend with a likely letter was able to login and with admitted student info. This might be RIP LOL. This link for likelies already shows their admittance letter. Its possible only likely admits have their decisions uploaded and that the rest of the applicant pool still have not had their decisions uploaded yet.

At least we know we’re rejected before March 30, so Ivy Day will go smoother.
@AznDude525 Yeah I’m hoping it’s the latter–not all decisions are uploaded yet HAHA. I was deferred SCEA and can’t log in
Perhaps LL recipients can log in because their decisions are up (as they’re LL recipients)?
@Theoddorre probably
Also, can someone try logging in through here? https://apps.admissions.yale.edu/apply/status.
NVM
I received a likely letter around a month ago and that link was sent to me by the AO. It says Welcome to Yale Class of 2021 with additional details. When I log into https://apps.admissions.yale.edu/apply/status, it just gives my application status (Regular Decision) along with all of the materials I submitted, but no decision listed there. Hope that helps.
As confirmed by @myfuture09 , it seems like only people have receive Yale Likely Letters have had their decisions visible when logging in through the link posted earlier.

You can’t base your result on 2 ppl’s answers. We need some RD applicants without likely letters to check and see what they get.
I logged in and it said the portal was only for admitted students
@Theoddorre yes thats why I said it “seems”
I am so sorry to say this - please take it with a grain of salt, as I might be wrong - but there was a similar link for Pomona a couple days ago.
Accepted students could access the additional information tab, while waitlisted and rejected applicants saw the “This is for admitted students only.”
Of course, Yale and Pomona are 2 different institutions, but this might serve well to tell us of an early denial or waitlist, and thus save the stress that comes from waiting.
^Anyone know people they think have a good shot at Yale and applied RD?
pretty sure they haven’t uploaded most RD decisions to the portal yet, though–there are still ten days until decisions will be released. this link will probably be accurate the day before decisions or on the day of decisions, but I highly doubt it’ll work for anyone now. most colleges upload all decisions at the same time, and since we know that Yale is still asking for interviews and stuff, they obviously haven’t finished making decisions, so decisions probably have not been uploaded yet.
@daboombas thr r still 10 days left… couple of days is not 10 days… so lets wait and see… In other ivies they hav kept 22nd march as the date till which one can see their application material status… so thr r still time…
The only way to know for sure is to find someone without a LL who can login. Until we find that we can assume that only people with a LL have access to the page.
@ammielove I already found one. They can login and see their admitted student info. We’re speculating that only LL applicants have had their decisions uploaded. The rest of the applicant pool will have to wait till March 30th as they’re still making decisions.
