MODERATOR’S NOTE:

No, you’re banned for being a troII.

Your school does not weight. But thanks for the laugh.

Applying regular decision here. Should I have applied EA?

Did you apply early anywhere else? In any case, don’t stress about whether you made the right decision or not now, because the deadline for EA at Yale was on November 1st. If you’re admitted early you’d also be admitted regular. In short, don’t fret!

Hey guys Harvard’s committees have officially started discussion. Does anyone have any information abt yale’s Subcommittees and the Committee. Dying to get any news here.

@akrem111 dude either u should contact ur regional admissions officer or you should just email them on their contact page. They are really prompt with their replies

@WhosYourMommy how can I find my regional admissions officer?

Thanks for banning the ■■■■■.

His post speaks volumes about his lack of character.

@akrem111 yale doesn’t publish lists of the admissions officers for each region. Just call (might be faster and more prompt) or email the admissions office.

If you call them, what sort of information do they reveal? Don’t decisions come out on December 14th?

Just wanted to wish everyone good luck seeing as we’re about 15 days away from the Yale admissions decision. Let’s continue working hard on the rest of our college apps!!

@dreamthief001 I feel like my interview went p well!! I was a little nervous but my interviewer was super nice. Congrats on yours- did you get an on-campus interview or a local one?

Hey, so I’m applying RD, and I wanted to ask, does anyone know the actual email address of Yale’s undergraduate admissions office? For some reason I cant seem to find it anywhere :((

Just realized I could ask the question here X_X . Does anyone know if we have to send in official SAT scores? Or can we self-report on our application (I’m only asking because it seems like every other big school inc. Stanford adopted the self-reporting policy this year)

For the application, no. From the website:

https://admissions.yale.edu/standardized-testing

@niabost or anyone else, does anyone know the answer to my question? Why would you call the AO? What info could they possibly reveal?

@skieurope Yeah, but the thing is I am international. I was just wondering if they’d changed it. Thanks!

Then for you, no. You have to send your scores.

who all on this thread have got requests for IDOC forms? I dont want to read too much into it but does it mean that you cleared a round of screening?

^FA and AO offices run on different tracks. Don’t read anything into it.
