<p>the yale daily news is reporting that yale's applications remained essentially the same as last year. they were down by approximately 200 from 26,000 last year to 25,800 this year. harvard had a 5% increase this year and princeton had a 19% increase. these schools seems to move in fits and starts. yale's app's were up much more than the other 2 were during the last 2 years (35% compared to 27% and 16%)</p>
