Yale, Brown, Duke, UChicago

<p>I agree with the previous poster that you should apply EA to as many schools as you can and that you’re interested in - namely, UChicago, MIT, and CalTech. Georgetown also has EA, if you’re so inclined. Now, you have great scores and your ECs are alright, but I feel compelled to warn you that I know a lot of people who applied to UChicago “just to apply” and got rejected. If your essays aren’t somehow intriguing and show enthusiasm for the school and for the “life of the mind,” they won’t take you.</p>

<p>(Note my bias. I was admitted to U of C EA and pulled all my other applications, but not before I got a likely letter from Stanford and another from Cornell. It was my unequivocal first choice, lol.)</p>
