Did I just hear someone complain about it being cold in Florida? I’m up here freezing my a&% off in Michigan (couple minutes from the Great Lakes)!!!

I’m only joking (about the complaining, not about the cold haha)

^ LOL sorry… I feel your pain. I used to live in New Haven and our driveways would be covered in ice

@sailingmacine @spoolman
me too…and it is the last thing going into our gradebook so i have to do well!!!
but I can’t focus on anything at the moment.

@haiku
Are you in the St. Gen district? We were out 4 days plus 2 days of the weekend for the same reason.

Hopefully we can freeze together in New Haven next year. Looking forward to meeting you guys if we get in You all seem really cool

Aw guys, I wish we could have snow and ice of some sort in Texas…

Hi guys! Just another early-actioner anxiously awaiting a decision. Best of luck to all of you! :)

Ugh got a design lab in Bio HL due tomorrow… but alas my focus is pretty much shot.
What is just mind-blowing right now is
a) the day I’ve been waiting for since August is about 18 hours away
b) if we get in we’ll actually be able to meet each other instead of blather away our anxiety on a 1000+ post forum
c) after tomorrow my fate is pretty much determined (Yale or pursuit of other colleges)

Here’s to hoping we all can freeze together in Finals misery in New Haven next year! :)

@gamekyulove It’s exciting for about 2 seconds. And then you realize you have to drive in it, walk your dog in it, walk to school in it etc.

4,768 early applications for the class of 2018… all hoping to hear a song and see a bulldog in just a few hours. I hope they accept a record # of EA applicants this year! In past years, roughly 650 to 700 applicants have been accepted in the early round. Let’s go, Yale… make it 800 this year :)

^^ my bio design IA due date is coming soon :(( i have my IB history semester exam and ap lit semester exam tomorrow :(

please let Yale accept more people…please please please

At least, Yale should beat Harvard in SCEA acceptance rate!

Trying to study for Calc I and Brit Lit exams tomorrow but all I wanna do is keep checking this forum haha. Those of us who do get in to Yale need to meet up on campus and finally meet. Man I wanna get in.

@spoolman @caligirl223 hey, maybe this time next year, we’ll all be in a dorm together cramming our papers in before finals!

CCers club at Yale for sure. Everyone will think we’re crazy lol
I bet hundreds of Yale applicants are reading this thread and not commenting. Hi guys!!!

@sailingmachine Maybe we will :)

In New Haven, at this late hour, there is a guy (let’s call him, Bob)… he’s a webmaster, and he’s still working on final updates… while likely eating pizza. Anyhow… Bob has all the answers. Many people know Bob personally, but he is sworn to secrecy.

Bob… do us a favor… make it live on the Yale website, call it a nite and go home.

Thanks, Bob :)

At least we are entertaining to read. Good luck everybody!

Jules- no, I live ~1 hour south of st. gen, closer to cape girardeau.
