It is disabled for all first-year applicants, meaning that they are preparing the portals in order to release their decisions.

Mine also says complete, updated 2:39am. I would guess they start to switch to decided tomorrow when they begin to upload decisions.

Mine is decided but I was deferred SCEA

Some of my other colleges didn’t move to decided until the day after decisions went out and some of them still haven’t even though I have received decisions, so I don’t think it’s any kind of indicator. Good luck everyone!
