ā€œIDOC - seond recordā€ shows up when you send a requirement(s) later than the rest of your financial aid documents.

For example, if you submitted your CSS on the 1st of jan, but submitted the tax docs letā€™s say on the 19th of jan the IDOC second record would pop up in that case.

Assuming, you have submitted all of your documents on the same day, the IDOC second record should pop up on the same day as the verification of household document (you know assuming yours wasnā€™t an autodownload)

I submitted my CSS on 4th January, sent my financial documents on 17-18th January, and I believe it was January when my second record showed up.

Open your IDOC portal and try to figure out the required document you have submitted later.

Got it. I sent my tax returns on 10th January, showed up on 11th January.

I submitted my student tax return statement on 17th January which was mandatory, that showed up with the second record.
