Newt has already posted the numbers but this article gives a bit more info:

Thanks for the heads up. It's a great read :). I've been waiting for weeks for YDN to start posting again :p

I love it when they say that it relieves the anxieties of students applying RD!! What about the deferred and rejected :p

well, it relieved MY anxieties. I dont have to worry about getting into yale anymore! Woohoo EA!

" the regular decision admissions cycle is going to be "incredibly competitive" this year. "

that's so depressing... i should have applied early instead of RD!

Hi ivyboy have you finished all your other apps??

yeah, i've finished all 12 other apps. I was dying over winter break though writing all sorts of essays. I'm just sending in revised copies of my common app essay now.

Almost there, just have to get through exams. Too bad my grades are dropping at steep rate....

hey, i know that lady! sherron merrow cuseo...she's very nice...met her at a college fair :) hehe, makes me feel special

Is it okay if we send in revised essays? I want to do that too now :)

Were you deferred? I think that is perfectly acceptable. Plus it shows that you really do have an interest in attending.

Ivyboy, sorry about your break- or lack of one. My s was in the same boat-plus he got sick so had to write all the essays while he was coughing his head off. No fun. Is C your first choice now? I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. So behave yourself (I know that's hard) and try to keep the grades up.
