Yale Eli Whitney Program Do I Qualify?

I just read the requirements for the Yale Eli Whitney Program.
They state the eligible candidates "have had their education interrupted for five or more years at some point during their educational career. "

I withdrew June 2014 from my previous university and will be applying for fall 2019. I took a few PE classes in a community college in 2015 and took around 40 credits of classes in the same community college this year (2018), but I have been working full time since I withdrew. Do I meet the eligibility for the program?

Based upon Yale’s website, you would seem to qualify for the Eli Whitney Program. However, you should note that student’s enrolled in the Eli Whitney Program live off campus and financial aid is capped at the the cost of tuition, meaning Eli Whitney students must pay their own cost for room and board (except for weekday lunches). Thank you! And thank you for the notes too!
