I can see my finaid now with download dates of 3/30 and 4/29 but I’m 100% getting rejected so i don’t think it means anything
How come you’re so sure you’re getting rejected?
I wish you luck all the same
I didn’t get an AO interview and my app/background is very average for yale, i think in cases like mine it’s fair to say you’ve been rejected at the interview cut
Initially felt like I had 0 chance of being accepted at Yale but I got waitlisted at Stanford so now I have a sliver of hope.
Nate, are you here as well? lol how did your Brown decision go?
I didn’t even know they came out until now lmao, got rejected though. Not surprising tbh, wasn’t aware they were needs aware for transfers until after I applied and I also went TO. Hope your Yale decision goes well!
does everyone have their financial aid checklist?
You too! And let’s cross our fingers for Stanford as well haha
Edit: Are you an international student? Cornell’s website says otherwise: Check this
Oh I was talking about Brown, but I was also in the Cornell thread and got rejected there as well lmao
Hi, if anyone’s Financial Aid Checklist shows nothing (totally blank, without any words)? There used to be “The financial aid checklist is currently not available” months ago.
I have my financial checklist (since this Sunday). I also used to have “The financial aid checklist is currently not available” message under my financial aid checklist until this morning.
same
Same here. Somehow they are still uploading my information. I do not think this means anything because I did not get an interview… so I believe my chance is pretty low.
Is Yale need aware for transfers?
Nope
When did you get your FA checklist?
Quite late… last weekend as anyone else. But yesterday they posted something again. So I guess FA checklist doesn’t mean anything.
Anyway, we will know the answer tomorrow. Good luck guys
it seems quite late for the FA office to be making changes this close to the deadline if you were rejected, i’m rooting for you best of luck
Hahah, thank you so much. I don’t think so. But no matter what the result will be, we shall just be who we r. That’s something no college can determine.
