<p>I want to study film, but I am not going to turn in a supplement. Will this hurt drastically? I have some experience, but it was not an extremely strong extracurricular albeit one I am very interested in pursuing. </p>

<p>I want to go into the business side of film, so I was thinking take film classes then going on to business school? Or is this wishful thinking?</p>

<p>“Will this hurt drastically?” No. You’re vying for a spot in Yale College, not in a department that might be your major.</p>

<p>The real question is: Are you a viable Yale College applicant? That’s the more pressing concern.</p>
