<p>I went to the Eli accounts website and for some reason the Early Decisions page was working. So I logged on, and then comes this message: </p>

the link now directs u to the eli account page, but when you log in you get the error message.... I THOUGHT THE DECISIONS WERE OUT... my heart was beating 1000 mph</p>
