<p>I'd guess that Yale is about as competitive as Harvard, and UPenn and Brown are very, very competitive themselves. But graduate admissions can be unpredictable, like undergraduate admissions. It really depends a lot on how well you fit into the department and whether professors in your area are taking on new grad students.</p>
