Yale-NUS help

Is anybody planning to apply to Yale-NUS this fall? Or is there someone out there who has been accepted or deferred by the school? I plan to apply this fall and since I will be an international student, I'm going to need all the help I can get.
So is there someone who can tell me the average SAT Scores and GPA needed to be in consideration? Plus how strong do you need to be to receive a scholarship?

You have many fundamental questions that you should refer to the website first to discover the answers

I’ve referred to the website enough to have almost memorized it. I just wanted a student’s or fellow applicant’s perspective.

@T26E4: The website and other statistics/rankings pages won’t have it listed or ranked with scores/GPA since it’s a new school. How can you rank a school or say what ranges of GPAs/SATs you’re looking for if the school hasn’t even filled a class yet?

@adt1912: I would say that the applicant pool is largely self-selected. These are students who believe they have a shot at either NUS or Yale, so the applicant pool will be highly qualified and competitive. On the basis of ED admit rate alone (~4.7%), I would say that you’re facing stiff competition almost akin to the Ivy League. That would mean that your GPA must be 3.75+ and SATs must 2000+. As for financial aid, it’s a bit more hazy since they don’t seem to have a dedicated financial aid guide yet, promising to give finaid applications only to students that have received an interview. I haven’t had an interview yet, so we’ll see.

That was really helpful,thanks!
Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed.
Also, does anyone have an idea as to when the next year’s Round 1 applications are beginning?
