<p>Has anyone been shortlisted for the Yale-NUS interview yet? I got my invitation e-mail last night. </p>

<p>Eeek! I submitted my application on the 31st Oct and I still don’t have an invitation for an interview. Honestly, I’m kind of worried because I took the TOEFL on the 8th, so my results will be with them on the 21st or so. I emailed the AdOffice to give them a heads up, but I still seriously hope I hope that doesn’t get me deferred. However, last year’s R1 thread showed that a lot of people got interview till the 29th even, so that’s a smidge of light.</p>
<p>Also, if someone gets his or her interview, do you mind sharing what kind of question do they ask?</p>
<p>@ello12 @aliefmoulana I registered for the interview last week and got an automatic e-mail reply. I haven’t heard from them ever since and I am having my interview with them Sunday night… a little worried! </p>

<p>Hey guys! I went for the interview ytd morning at U-Town! I think my interview didn’t really went well. ): so I’m pretty worried. Btw for skype interviews I think they will only contact you roughly about the day before the scheduled interviews so you guys shouldn’t get too worried. :-)</p>
<p>@coolinblue Don’t worry, you’ll still have a chance! At least you talked face to face with the interviewer… I feel like Skype interviews are the worst, especially when my school has such a slow internet… haha What questions did they ask you? </p>

good luck to you too! I think the qns they asked were pretty general. At least for my interviewer. I think it depends on your essays as well. Like for me she started off with saying how she liked my essays, and after that she went on to ask me about my school, as well as my fav subject. Then she went on to ask me if I had anything I wanted to know about Yale Nus.</p>
<p>I just got my interview notification today! How long was the interview? And i’m really dying to know how it all went; it’s my first interview and I’m going for it the following week. Really nervous :S</p>

<p>According to the email they sent it’s roughly about 30 mins? But I have heard of ppl having it lasting for like 45 mins :-)</p>
<p>Mine went about 35-40 minutes… yes it can be longer! 30 minutes is just a suggestion, I guess. </p>

<p>I got my invite on the 19th. I think it was so late because my application was incomplete (missing TOEFL scores) until then because literally an hour after I sent them my scores, I received the invite. </p>

<p>mine lasted for 2 hours almost. just depends on how much time the interviewer has and how interested they are. my interviewer actually lost track of time, lol.</p>
<p>Wow, mine said (on the 30th minute) that we didn’t have much time left.</p>
