Yale report: "The Unchanging Face of the Ivy League"

<a href="http://www.yaleunions.org/geso/reports/Ivy.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.yaleunions.org/geso/reports/Ivy.pdf</a></p>

This report is primarily about how women and people of color are concentrated in the lower ranks of the faculty at Ivy League schools.

Happily, my own d has and has had quite a few full profs who are women: every single one last semester, and 3 out of 4 this semester. We knew this was unusual -- and certainly quite a change from my college and grad school years, when I had a total of 2 female professors in 8 years -- but I don't think we realized how unusual.

Just by giving it a cursory glance, you can see the heavy HEAVY bias and the one-sidedness of the report.
