Yale SCEA chances

Hey ladies and gents, I posted a chance thread a while ago but things have changed a bit since then. I'm a middle eastern male from the South living in a large city. Middle class. I would say that my race specifically would add a lot of diversity to any top school. I'm not officially URM though.

SAT: 2350 (800 M, 800 W, 750 CR)

SAT 2: Math 2- 800, Chemistry- 790, Physics- 750

GPA:4.4 W

Rank: Top 10% (school only reports deciles)(unofficially top 5%)

AP: Chemistry- 5, Physics B- 5, Calculus BC- 5(AB subscore: 5), English Language & Composition- 5, U.S. History- 4

Senior Year Courseload- AP Biology, AP US Gov, AP Macroecon, AP English Lit, AP Computer Science, Calculus III, Journalism (listed as "most demanding" by GC)

Major Awards: AP Scholar, NMSF, State Science Awards, etc.

Extracurricular:
Men's Soccer: JV 9,(Did not play 10th due to conflict with club soccer),Varsity 11&12
Club Soccer: 8 years, Captain
Varsity Debate: 11-12, multiple city tournament awards for top speaker/top team

Huge community service program to keep youth out of gangs and away from violence through soccer:9-12, youth representative and coordinator, founding member, coached/reffed soccer, gave multiple speeches and lectures to large audiences, went to mayor's meetings representing the program, will run this outreach program full time after college, 1000+ hours of commitment (essay will be about this)

Lab Science Research: 11-12, with a professor, research published in state journal, presenter at state science conference, presenter at international science conference, will enter siemens/intel

Essays:heartfelt and meaningful (Tried to avoid a cliche topic lol)

Recs: AP English teacher: great, one of his best students, wrote editorials for the school newspaper that he oversees
AP Physics teacher: awesome, top student in his class, we often have after school discussions about recent discoveries in physics, he helped me write my paper that was published last year
^^^Both teachers have gotten students into HYP and just about every other top school

Additional rec: Tenured science professor mentor; phenomenal, said my work quality and initiative was as good/better than PhD students he's mentored, we know each other on a personal basis and often have conversations about politics, hobbies, and of course science. He said he would make it his goal while writing the rec to get me into an ivy.

So what are my chances? I'm asking this because I feel like many of my ecs were geared towards the end of high school and not started early in high school, which may get me deferred. For you veteran chancers, does this matter as long as commitment is patent?

Could I also get chanced for Princeton, UPenn,Duke, UChicago, Dartmouth, Vandy, UVA, Emory,UKentucky.

Come on, no one?

if you were really interested in your extracurriculars it couldn’t hurt, and your essays and recs probably matter more since that’s how colleges get to see who you are. Personally I would be really impressed with that professor’s recommendation. But it would help if you said what the essay would be about xD

so I think
yale scea - low reach
princeton - reach
upenn - low reach
duke - low reach
chicago - low reach
dartmouth - low reach
vanderbilt - high match
emory - match
ukentucky - safety

dying to get responses to http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1555571-chance-me-ill-chance-back.html</a> if you want xD

What’s your nationality? Syrian or Egyptian by any chance?

Anyone else have any comments? I’m not sure if Yale scea is a low reach lol.

Bump 10char. Any other critiques?

I think you have a solid chance at all of these schools. Just write awesome essays and I think that would make/break you at this point. Your Ec’s and grades are awesome!
