I know how you feel @catsrock17 ! Hearing everyone getting admitted makes me so stressed… Stanford was the worst, we had 9 people out of 11 who applied early get accepted! Exciting but also really stressful.
Same, for my school, students are getting into more ivys that previous years and everything and im really happy for them but it just sucks personally
@viwiel yup,10 people applied early this year and 5 people got in – 4 of them were legacy though.
@highkeystressed (I love your username!) 9 people to stanford is a ton! at our school, we’re lucky if we even get 1
good luck to everyone though! no matter what happens, you’re awesome and you’ll get into an awesome school!
@highkeystressed we had over twenty apply to Stanford and they took two…
Guys we’re finding out tomorrow omg
^um what? we’re finding out on thursday
@tomatox1 it’s Wednesday right now…
Oh wait just realized you’re probably on a different time zone
Internationals get their decisions on Friday. US applicants on Thursday.
Oh my god almost one day left ho-ly crap
Do you know if the decisions come out simultaneously everywhere?

SAME! I love Yale sooo much :(( @yalehopeful017
@DreamforIvy I have no idea how I’m going to get over it if I don’t get in…it’s going to take a long time, that’s to be sure. Hopefully it doesn’t even happen haha!
@yalehopeful017 That doesn’t really surprise me. The whole 9 out of 11 thing is a little crazy, our school is a bit of a feeder school for Stanford.
@highkeystressed Appreciate that you have connections. My school has over twenty National Merit semi finalists in CA, but we’re a large, underfunded public school that by chance has really smart kids. We ended up not getting anyone into Harvard, not even a girl with a 2390 that has become famous for her talent, and been on a very well known TV show (you’d definitely recognize it if I said it) Guarantee she’ll land on some school’s famous alumni list someday. We also didn’t have anyone get into any Ivy that’s already released decisions. We do usually get one person into Yale early though, so I’m praying. But a nearby feeder school gets tons and tons of kids into Ivies despite kids at my school frequently having higher stats. It sucks to know I’d probably get into an Ivy if I was at a different school, but might have to stay in state, work my butt off again, and try to get into an Ivy for grad school.
@yalehopeful017 feeder schools smhhh ughhhh
Never expected College Confidential to show up on my “most frequently browsed websites list” but here I am
Hey doods, I’ve been lurkin on here for a while now, so since we get our decisions tomorrow I thought I’d finally step out of the shadows.
Can’t wait for my rejection letter
