@goldnotes do something fun - I played some video games, got stressed because I sucked but at least it took my mind off this. Now hoping to watch a series, if it’s a good one it will take your conscience away for a while. Better than sitting on collegeconfidential and looking at the clock every minute

The status portal used to display the name of the staff who wrote the recommendation letters from School. The names are not showing up any more. Is that the case with every one?. does this mean anything?

Hey can I get y’alls advice about something? I just got accepted to present a paper at a prestigious liberal arts college conference this spring–but I didn’t get the acceptance letter until last night. 
Should I update my Yale app or is it too late at this point?
@dbowie since decisions come out today, I’d say it’s too late. 
I think it would be worth mentioning if you apply to other schools or get deferred from Yale, though.
I would imagine they’re done reviewing apps…just my two cents

@mdchang99 haha yeah! Have you already had yours? I had mine this morning and it felt pretty horrible at the time but I ended up doing fine and it was two hours I didn’t spend thinking about decisions, so I guess it worked out!
@TheWorldSinger Its been like that for me these past few days. I go from feeling like I’m a Shoe in to being 99.9% certain of my rejection. I don’t even want to think about a deferral which to me is even more painful than a rejection.
